Zumba is a trade name for a dance fitness program. The program combines Latin music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun.  Zumba classes are offered through licensed instructors.  We meet every Tuesday, at 6:30 p.m., in Building 4000.  The cost is $18 per month.  Childcare is provided.  Come and join us for some great exercise, fun and fellowship!  All ladies are welcome.
